I’m a systems architect disguised as a People Operations leader. For more than a decade, I’ve helped organizations scale by designing the structures, rhythms, and decision frameworks that make work clearer, fairer, and operationally sustainable. My foundation — a Georgetown master’s in Human Resource Management and ISO 9001 Lead Implementer expertise — informs how I build bias‑resistant systems and performance architectures that stand up to global complexity.

I’ve supported teams in 30+ countries, partnering with executives and HRBPs to architect end‑to‑end people systems across hiring, onboarding, development, leadership, and performance. My work spans Fortune 500 environments and high‑growth startups navigating inflection points where clarity and discipline determine whether teams accelerate or stall.

I’ve led end‑to‑end recruitment for global teams, improved offer‑to‑join ratios, and managed the full employee lifecycle — from hiring and onboarding to performance management and complex employee relations.
